LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Mokena Fire Protection District is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of a 24 x 24 garage. Specifications may be obtained at 19853 Wolf Rd, Mokena, IL 60448 or at http://www.mokenafire.org. For further information, contact Fire Chief Joe Cirelli at (708) 479-5371.

Sealed Bids will be accepted at 19853 Wolf Rd, Mokena, IL 60448 during normal business hours (8:00 am – 3:00 pm) until 12:00 PM on June 8, 2026. No bids shall be received at any time thereafter. Bids will be publicly opened at 1:00 PM on June 8, 2026. The award of the contract may be considered at 7:00 PM on June 9, 2026, Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees. The Mokena Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any formalities or technicalities of the Bid or to reject any non-responsive bid in the interest of the district.  Bid pricing shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening, as published. The 24 x 24 garage shall be built within 90 days of order placement.
